These terms govern your use of deaddog.io and the communications you receive from Dead Dog Trucking LLC ("Dead Dog Trucking," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Quotes are estimates until we confirm them in writing. Each shipment is also covered by the rate confirmation, bill of lading or service agreement issued for it.
SMS / text messaging terms
- Program: Dead Dog Trucking Customer Notifications.
- Messages: Quote follow-ups, shipment and delivery updates, and customer support.
- How to opt in: Tick the text-message consent box on our quote form, or tell us out loud or in writing that you agree to receive texts.
- How often: It varies with your shipments.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text confirming you've opted out, then no more texts.
- Help: Reply HELP, or contact deaddogtruckingllc@gmail.com or (208) 260-2493.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not required to buy any service.
We handle mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy, and we never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for cargo loss or damage follows the terms of the shipping documents for that shipment and applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
